No Rule Lives community · Created a new topic Beta 1.0

Welcome to the world that does not tolerate any rules, in No Rule Lives. Everything is possible here! This game has elements of sandbox, survival, strategy and unlimited possibilities! I have already posted a similar project, Survival Life. But due to certain difficulties with the engine, it had to be transferred to GODOT. At the moment, Beta 1.0 version is ready. It already has the ability to travel around the generated, build, create things (torch, sword, pickaxe, axe, hammer, rope, bow, arrow, spear, sword), grow food. Of course, with each version it will be better and better, elements of the game will be added, as well as old ones will be improved and bugs will be fixed.

In the Beta 2.0 version, a change of day and night, NPC animals will be added, both peaceful (cow, chicken, sheep), and aggressive (wolf, bear) with the ability to breed them. A variety of food vegetables and fruits. And also an anvil for metal processing.

All and not only this will be in the next update.

In the plans for the future add:

Improve the game mechanics and textures

Add new items

Diversify the world due to settlements of NPCs, animals, biomes, items

Transport (Boats, Cars, planes, etc.)

Electronic circuits and mechanisms

Weapons (from swords and brushes to firearms)

It was decided to implement the idea with human camps in 0.3.0, so the new profession “worker” will also be included in 0.3.0.

Version 0.2.0 is out! (unfortunately late due to bug fixes)

Question:

The point is that NPCs appear on the map when loading in small camps (10-50 people each), where in the future the player will be able to interact with them (Recruit, capture, trade, etc.), if anyone is interested, tell me to add this to 0.2.0, but will it be a raw version or a stable version later?

Criticism and suggestions are welcome, but only in a respectful manner.

The next update is just around the corner. We will add even more goodies to our NPCs, make them more interesting. A new profession, new objects and mechanics. A fire, a torch are what you need for a terrible night:)
