Hi all, I'm aware of some User Experience issues and they've jumped to the top of my list on the priorities right after the gameplay loop is finished.

If you're having trouble with keypads or leaving keypads this is a known issue if WASD doesn't close a keypad then please restart your game.

Report bugs here with UX too
Feel free to post other bug reports individually, don't discuss anything other than UX bugs here.


What is a user experience issue:

- Not knowing how to do something and the game not properly telling you how to do it. (i.e. missing tutorial, missing control mappings on the screen)

- Not knowing what you're supposed to do.

The controls are:

- WASD movement

- E to interact and pickup a weapon

- Space to jump

- Ctrl to crouch

How do I join my friends:

- In the main menu when you start click "play game" and name your game whatever you like

- When your friend wants to join they click "join game" and find your game in the list.

- Do not worry about the game showing as 25 players, this is a missing feature and will be corrected in a later version.

If you have trouble joining your friends you need to enable UPNP or forward the port 16384 on UDP. You can google online how to do that.

I can't join my friends game:

- Attempt restarting your game, if that fails please host your own game and ask your friend to join you instead.

I cant close the keypad interface or use the keypad interface or computer

1. When using the keypads press E to open them, the same applies to computer screens and sticky notes.

2. When you need to close them, pressing WASD should auto close them.

3. there is a bug on windows where the UI will not close you may need to restart your game.

Known issues:

- Godot captures the entire OS cursor and will not release it. You can press ALT+F4 on windows or press ESC to show the cursor, then click the exit tab and the exit button.
