Wow, the style is amazing... The way the constantly changing background is integrated into the gameplay with hidden enemies, feels really unique. The resource management is well done. I honestly can’t point out any major downsides, this game is awesome. Great work!!

I really like the dithering and the atmosphere. The exhibition theme with number typing feels interesting to play. I love how much content you’ve created and how many different, intriguing rooms I can explore, replayability is great. Really good work!! ( for some reason I was so happy each time I found tarot card :) )
I didn’t have any problems understanding what to do, but the optimization could use some work. I experienced around 25 FPS, with my GPU at about 99% and CPU around 2% while playing, so the game felt a bit laggy
The idea is really cool, I love games like this. The camera menu looks great, and the gameplay creates a lot of tension. I genuinely felt scared every time I heard the enemy nearby, which is a big plus :)
Also, I found a few bugs:
- When you hide in a closet (I found it in the top-right room) and the enemy starts wandering around it, the “E” interaction button disappears, and you can’t exit the closet
- If you try to close the computer without reading the instructions, your character can still move, but the computer desktop remains on the screen
Also, I don't really like monster being able to move through walls. If the monster were also forced to move around objects like the player, then the difference in movement speed would feel more fair. As it is now, the monster not only moves faster but also takes more direct paths, which makes escaping in some situations extremely difficult
That said, I really enjoy the game and the atmosphere you’ve created. Great art, sound, theme integration. It’s clear how much effort has gone into this game. I’ll continue following your game and hope you keep developing it, adding the mechanics mentioned in the description. Good work!! Keep it up :)
If by story mode you mean more like a series of unique levels, then it wouldn’t be superfluous, especially if they influence how the player interacts with the cube.
Not sure if it's a great idea, but I think you can get some really interesting results by experimenting with different types of cubes beyond the standard one (Pyraminx, Megaminx, etc).
I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on future updates :)
Simple , but great and polished game. I love the idea , sound and.. spear animation (i don't know, it's satisfying to watch).
Had a great time playing it. Great work!! :)
(by the way, in one level my ninja ended up sitting in the same bush for 1 round because he reached the bottom edge of the map. Not sure if it's ok or not)
I really love the character design and the mechanics you created , the game has its own atmosphere that just pulls me in. And what blew my mind is that this game was built in HTML + JavaScript, which is honestly impressive and deserves respect on its own
By the way, I really hope that you will fix the bugs, because I really want to experience all levels the way they were meant to be played. The concept is great and I'd love to do a proper run again. Keep it up, I like it a lot!
Luckily I didn't run into any launch bugs like some other players did, so let me share my thoughts. I can say with full confidence that I got absolutely hooked on this game. The room design, graphics, and gameplay are all fantastic. At some point I just couldn't stop, so I kept pushing myself to beat my previous record of completed rooms (my record: 51)
But there are a few small things worth mentioning:
- occasionally only 1 room spawns at the start of a run (usually with the simplest puzzle) with nothing after it. But there's a ladder at the start of game to end the run early in that case, so it's ok
- coins sometimes spawn in unreachable spots like inside pipes or behind walls, especially in 1st room
- for some reason "W" also works as an undo button during puzzles when i play
Overall this is a great game, great submission!! Keep up great work :)
