I want to sincerely thank everyone who has purchased, downloaded, or supported ByteCraft.
This project began as a small experiment while I was learning 6502 assembly. Over time, it grew into a much larger NES homebrew game built around exploration, mining, building, crafting, combat, regional travel, and a persistent world.
Seeing people choose to spend their money on something I created is genuinely meaningful to me. Every purchase is a reminder that ByteCraft is no longer simply a development project sitting on my computer—it is now a game that other people can experience for themselves.
Your support helps justify the many hours spent debugging assembly code, tracking down rendering problems, rebuilding cartridge systems, testing save data, and working within the severe limitations of the Nintendo Entertainment System.
ByteCraft is still being actively improved. I plan to continue fixing confirmed bugs, refining the game, improving compatibility, and developing its remaining systems. Feedback, bug reports, and descriptions of your experiences are greatly appreciated and may help guide future updates.
Thank you for giving ByteCraft a chance, and thank you for supporting independent homebrew development.
Byte by byte, this project became a real game—and your support helped make that feel real.
