Help I forgot I left the tab open-

After you progress through the storyline enough to be able to go between FireClan and BrambleClan at will, a cat will appear above the warrior dens (not in the Nightwhisper area, just on the hill) and call you old before asking if you'd like to retire to the farm. If you say yes then you go to the farm. 

(Slight spoiler, I guess, I'm bad at this lol) 

Snake and Smoky. If you talk to Snake after Sandstar's taken over, she'll ask you to give a note to Smoky. If you go to the mountains and give Smoky the note, and also a California Thrasher Beak, she then goes to Death Valley, and in the wedding scene, you can see the two kiss/boop snouts.

2 things that I found that don't seem to have been mentioned - 

1, after you complete a quest (I forget which one, might've been either Moonheart's or Amberclaw's, but I'm not sure on that), you can't put rabbits on the prey pile any more, and it appears as an empty stump that you can't interact with

2, you can only get one charisma point from teasing Bramblestar (I reran the game multiple times, basically just doing the tail shaking for maximum points, and only got one charisma point total, which was from the 'tutorial')

Side note, this game is amazing, as are all your others, and I will play it forever :)
