I've seen some people delete and re-download it and it works it's pretty common for it to crash if you don't want to delete and re-download you could just stay away from the second hat thing
the pink haired one is a good owo cat their name is mikey the white haired dude is kai mikes bf. the black one in the back is mellisa and the blond girl with her is may the black haired kid is kayne and the blond kid next to him is lilly, they like each other though dont know it yet.
