played the demo a while back and came back to see if there were any updates yet - I'm so hyped to play the full game, the demo was amazing

Hi! I've been really looking forward to playing this ever since hearing about it and finally got time to play today, sadly the game isn't running properly for me, the first customer does not appear at all and the textbox doesn't go away, rendering me unable to cut the fish, I tried to restart the game; run as administrator; redownloaded it and tried all again, nothing seems to fix this issue, and I can't find what may be causing it, anyway to fix this? I'm still really looking forward to playing
