You might have already gotten the issue fixed but the way I did it was:
1. Open game

2. Go to Windows settings -> System -> Display

3. Change display resolution to 3840 x 2160

4. Change it back to 1920x1080

Nevermind, problem seems to have fixed itself.

Had to change resolution back and forth while game was open

Is there a way to resize the window to 1920x1080? It's wayyyy too wide
