I can't open the game with the mod, so I can't go below 16x. Surely there must be a file where I can change it, but I have no idea which one it is :(

My PC is a potato. I went into the settings and accidentally increased the anti-aliasing (I think) to 16x. Now I can't even open the game with the mod because it crashes my PC. I deleted the game and the mod, and reinstalled everything, but the problem persists. What can I do?
