Just try do more stock trade. But if you not so confidence with the lost which it happened most of the times. You can saved the game when you noticed the Price of the Stock is dropping dramatically. After you save the game. You load in and buy all the stocks and go to sleep for 8 hours and then go check the graph to see when it at maximum and when it at all time lowest.

If you notice there's a all time lowest. You can go load the same back. This time don't buy but go to sleep try to match the all time low time and buy the stock.

But again I'm not gureenteed it would work. Imma try make a video testing.

Me I actually sold 43M$ worth of stock In a single run. I buy it when it was 63$ wait it to rise to 1800+$

I'm not sure how I got it. But make sure you have atleast 500K$+ because the cost to make the bathroom is 100K$ but if you bargain the price could goes to 200K$ or something.

To trigger the scene you must wait till your payment day or when land lord come and ask you is you want bathroom etc.

Once you paid you have to wait a few days. Maybe try go out more to trigger the scene.

When you go out you have a chance of meeting him at your doorway which he will install your toilet. Around 11-20 is the time?

And he will kick you and jun out for a while for the installation.

Added edit : some suggestions for the island content if we could have more continuation.

I know it's hard to coding and drawing arts for the game and scripting etc. I respect your work 100% if I'm not 19 years old teen I would like to buy a subscription.

Okay so here is some idea.

1. Story expansion :

Add new characters maybe 1-2 girls or boys but I wanted boy because Annalie seem lonely🥺

2. Apartment upgrade :

Like In the island you have shops that have construction services. Why upgrade apartment? In the island we need status to come out on top like how Annalie was looked down before she move to megacity because her parents isn't wealthy.

3. Allow travel from island to megacity :

Yes it for the unfinished plots. Deep down Anon wanted to change the way megacity work because that's where he's from.

Such as revolutionary arc. Something more related to Big daddy hurt etc.

4. Cooking! Contest with annalie :

I want to beat her in cooking!

Is it some kinda of kink? 

For me I don't see jun in a bad way like that. I felt like boobjob or blowjob is kinda dehumanizing something. Jun herself is not a human and yet I felt it's disrespectful to let her give me a sloppy 🙂.

Basically it's Wake up pet her head for few mins, hold her hand for a few mins, rub her cheek, take her for a walk and then go to annalie shop buy everything and return home then, do you know the stuff, and check stock, sleep and cuddle and repeat.

So Im pretty much ar the end game I wish there's something to do like invite annalie for a party at rich City with Jun or maybe cooking dinner together In a luxury places etc. or maybe anon can now rent new apartment. Because there's nothing to do once story is end which make me abit sad ngl. I have 72M$ rn I don't know how to spend it all. I always cleared annalie store.
