HEY MOOKI, IT'S ARYX AGAIN! I JUST FINISHED THE DEMO! <3

As promised, here comes the long review, YAY!

I absolutely LOVED OVERD0SE!

I DON'T EVEN HAVE ONE BAD THING TO SAY OR TO SHARE SOME TIPS BECAUSE THERE'S LIKE NOTHING TO IMPROVE WHEN THE GAME'S ALREADY AMAZING.

Seriously, this game is a masterpiece. I still can't process the fact that this was your first time coding. OVERD0SE genuinely left me sitting open-mouthed, staring at my screen.

Your programming is AMAZING—I didn't encounter a single bug, and it kept me hooked throughout the entire demo!

The art, especially the character design, was a DELIGHT TO LOOK AT. INCREDIBLY GORGEOUS. I loved the art style, and the animations only added to the eerie vibe (especially on the main menu!).

But beyond that, THE GAME'S STORY was what captivated me most. I loved how deep and unsettling it was, and how you discover more just by picking different choices!

(I almost pissed myself at the first jumpscare because my audio was like turned all the way up LMFAOO).

What really fascinated me is how the atmosphere only gets darker the more you play. OVERD0SE genuinely makes you question every decision, every experience, and everything around you.

The elevator scene was my absolute favorite. It really left me wondering what the hell just happened and gave a quick glimpse into the creepy, twisted truth.

That's what I loved most about the game—it leaves you confused, but you find out more and more as you unravel the mystery.

The fear builds slowly and gets under your skin. I didn't think there would be such an unsettling story behind the facade. While playing, you get this genuine reluctance to return—you desperately want to play more, but you feel this underlying hesitation to continue. It leaves a lingering, creepy feeling inside you even after finishing, to the point where you genuinely think you're being watched for a moment.

I CAN'T EVEN EXPLAIN HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS GAME. IT'S GENUINELY SO INTRIGUING LIKE I WANNA KNOW WHAT HAPPENS RIGHT NOW UGH THE STORY IS SO AMAZINGLY CREEPY.THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR OVERD0SE! I CAN'T WAIT FOR MORE CONTENT. I'M SUPER EXCITED TO FIND OUT THE WHOLE STORY. PLEASE KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK! BY FAR MY FAVORITE GAME <3

Have fun playing!

Hey there, did you manage to play the game? I've had the exact same issue!

Here's how to make it work:

_______________________________

1. Download the game

2. Open your downloads.

There should be two seperate downloads. (Game and credits)

3. Drag and drop ONLY the game file into your Applications folder.

4. Open your finder and go to applications folder.

5. Double click onto the game file and open (If it doesn't work, try command + double klick at the same time, eventually, it'll let you)

Dear coffeedripstudios,

I don't even know how to start this. Allele: Origin is an absolute masterpiece.

I am at a total loss for words because the game achieves a level of perfection I didn't think was possible.

Throughout the gameplay, I would often sit there with my mouth agape, trying to process how anyone could create something so breathtaking.

Once I started playing Allele: Origin, I absolutely fell in love with the game. The game's art style is INCREDIBLY gorgeous and a total joy to look at.

I LOVED the story of Allele: Origin. The game left you genuinely intrigued and captivated all the time. You'd never get bored.

I played Allele: Devil's Hand too and my expectations were right as I was met with another masterpiece. Allele: Devil's hand was incredibly fun to play and it was a beautiful addition to the main story.

I am looking forward to more content of Allele: Origin since it's my absolute favourite and I doubt that will ever change.

Please keep up the amazing work and don't let anyone tell you otherwise! I will DEFINITELY check out your other games! Thank you for being such an amazing creator and specifically, my absolute favourite. <3

I am so excited for the full game to be released and I hope you'll understand it's really hard to put in words just HOW MUCH I loved the game.

I can't even imagine all the hard work that went into Allele: Origin. I want to thank you, coffeedripstudios and the people who were involved in developing the game for your hard work. A huge thanks to the team. <3

– A quick question regarding your art:

I wanted to ask for permission to use a picture of Nathaniel as my profile picture on itch.io since I wanted to make sure you were okay with other people screenshotting your drawings to use it as a profile picture on here, for example.

If you're uncomfortable with that or prefer that other people do not use your art, that's totally fine and I understand!

Thank you again for Allele: Origin. <3
