you have to have a cetain amount of desire, the item "girls smile" will passively raise it, and i *think* (not 100% sure) that peeking at the sister will raise it slightly. you cant check at home, but there'll be a status icon during exploration if you have some

dw about it yet, its a placeholder afaik. unless you see an update mentioning it id reccomend just saving your cards

the game isnt fully out yet so you're at the limit for the exploration side of things afaik. the last few updates have been QoL and sister interaction focused i.e. ninja skills and BJ implementation. there's usually an update every month, so you can take a step back for  a bit and check in later

its not implemented yet, there are a few skeletons of events like that. heres a link to the official Doc that outlines some of the triggers and implemented events. a good rule of thumb is that if there isnt promo art of it on the main page or update pages, it likely just isnt implemented yet

Both need a certain amount of purple hearts,  but the HJ can be triggered by being caught using the sisters panties while shes in the bath (if you peek first THEN interact she'll always catch you before you blow). the BJ has 2 different triggers atm, but both start with the pink candy: theres the normal (sitting)  version where you simply give the candy and spam interactions until she goes to the toilet, and the cockroach (squatting) version where you have to look around in the toilet after returning normally, but before making dinner - if you return early through the south exit you wont get to explore the toilet first, so if you want to skip having to actually explore you should use the door. The Doc says theres a lying version, but I havent found it and theres no promo art so i think its safe to assume that its just not implemented yet. I also have never been able to trigger the squatting version of the BJ event other than through the cockroach trigger, which you can only get once so id reccomend saving before you do it.

im already at 6 desire hearts which is why i ask, im not sure if its a bug or if events *need* to be sequential, as the google doc only says "a certain amount" of desire hearts

how do you actually *get* the bj animation? I've given the pink candy multiple times and i only ever get the peeking animation

Edit: this has been fixed as of 0.77B. i still cant seem to get the other variants of the bj animation though, I only get the sitting version normally, and the squatting version in the c version of the event- i have yet to see the "lying" version, but without any preview images im assuming its just not implemented yet
