Thank you so much for the amazing and detailed feedback! We put a lot of heart into crafting that depressing 4 AM empty casino atmosphere and the satirical posters, so reading your compliments on the art, mood, and tutorial arrow means a lot to us!

Regarding the upgrade tree: you actually reach it automatically as soon as you use all 3 of your starting spins! Once your spins hit 0, the game smoothly transitions directly to the upgrade screen, where you can buy upgrades (extra spins, luck, payout multipliers) or manage your debt.

If you give it another quick try and finish all 3 spins, you’ll be able to experience the full upgrade tree and game loop! Thanks again for playing and for the awesome review! 🎰✨

Nice to hear you enjoyed the atmosphere and music! Since we were finalizing the build in a massive rush, the early pacing ended up a bit slower than intended.

Thanks for the compliments on the art style! Having the entities fight back or apply more pressure to the player is a great idea. Appreciate the feedback!

Thanks for playing! Since you’re curious about the lore, here’s the unsettling truth: You play as a real-life killer, and those scratchy, hand-drawn figures aren’t actually monsters — they are real people. The game’s distorted, manic scribble art is simply how your broken mind perceives reality. As you upgrade and prolong the ‘Time of Fun,’ your sanity completely deteriorates. By the 330th second, your mind collapses, leaving you permanently isolated from society — which is why the game abruptly crashes to the desktop. You are playing through a mind losing its grip on reality

Thanks for the feedback on the atmosphere! You caught me on the description ——————————————— English is not my native language (greetings from Russia), so I used AI to polish the grammar and make it readable for a global audience. I didn’t realize that having correct grammar on a game page would be so deeply distracting! As for the gameplay, we had to rush the balance in the final hours, but I’m glad you still found the vibe strong enough to let it sit in the background.

But waiting for this moment is boring

3M$ is cool, but unfortunately, we don’t have a “Buy back wife” upgrade in our tree yet… maybe in the next DLC? Thank you for the kind words about the art style!

the reality of an indie developer:

Stardew valley vibe, AHHH!

ДОЛБАНЫЕ КОТЫ, Я НЕ УСПЕВАЮ ИХ КОРМИТЬ. Разработчик легенда.

I think it would have been better if you made it MORE complicated.

Haha, thank you! Yeah, if real-life slot machines had three tiers of Luck and Payout upgrades, casinos would go bankrupt in a day. Glad you liked it!

Thank you so much! Really glad you enjoyed spinning the reels! :D

Thank you! Glad you liked the theme interpretation, but please remember the main rule of the game… STOP GAMBLING!

Thank you for such an awesome and detailed review! I put a ton of love into the sound design, tactile reel stops, and cabinet physics to bring that authentic arcade vibe right to your browser. And yes, the irony of an addictive “STOP GAMBLING!” game is our absolute favorite part. Glad you had fun!

Hey everyone! I’m joining the Stop Killing Games Jam and looking for a 2D/Pixel/Vector artist to team up with. I’m a 16yo developer, and I work really fast. I’ve finished and released 15 games in the last 6 months (mostly using Godot). You can check my work here: https://artyomdev.itch.io/ I can handle all the programming, design, and logic, so you can just focus on making the game look awesome. If you’re interested in making a cool, polished game together, reply to this topic or add me on Discord: artyomdevgames!

You’re a monster

Thanks for the feedback :)

Fun game!

Checkpoints pls!

Game is very simple

Fun game!

Thanks for playing! Clicking with a single mouse is a true test of stamina, as the game was balanced for mobile screens and multi-tapping. Appreciate your honest feedback, it helps a lot!

Thanks for the feedback! Beating my game is indeed a hell of a challenge :) I’ll definitely look into the progression balance and those high-pitched SFX for the post-jam build!

Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks a lot for the great feedback! Honestly, after 8 days of non-stop work on sprites and sound, I’m completely exhausted and just wanted to finish and release the game. I really appreciate your support and would love it if you followed my future work. I want to focus on higher quality incremental games in the future, and I’ll definitely use your design tips to make them better. Thank you!

Thanks for the honest feedback! I’ve already regretted those sounds a hundred times :)

Hmm, good idea, you have excellent game design skills :)

For some reason, game lags when attacking.

So hard to play

Biggest potential game!

This game reminded me flash games.

Haha, the game was designed for mobile (where you can tap with 5 fingers), so writing a python script for PC is actually a genius move! Thanks for playing!

Thanks for the honest feedback! Maybe you’re right about that, but it seemed to me that it would be too much text in game.

Thanks for the honest feedback! I am very glad that you had to go through this hell :)

Thanks for the honest feedback! The SFX setup played a bad joke on me at the last moment.

Thanks for the honest feedback! And it really wasn’t intuitive.
