I had a discord for a brief period, but it wasn't really working for me and I don't like how siloed off from the rest of the internet discord servers are. Maybe I should create a new itchio project and use it as a forum for posting updates; I have to think about it.

Most of the sounds come from freesound.org. I usually do a bit of editing with Audacity.

Thank You! It's not cancelled, although the developments is not going great right now because of some health issues.

This is a demo, that's the last boss - that's why I was fine with it being so OP. If you didn't beat it, that's okay, you missed almost no content, except for all the hidden chests with bits, of course :p
ZetaGal (the full game) will have an easy mode for people who want a slightly more laid back experience.

Dungeon is split in to 3 sections and the boss and before each one of those there is a shortcut in the main hallway to get back to the same save console.

Can you run the game, go up to the door, press interact, and then close the game.

Sword is hidden in the forest after you get the swingy thing.

'a' in Vyater is pronounced the same way as 'a' in "another".

Run the game, try to load, then close the game.

open "..AppData\LocalLow\Arthur Vyater\Delta-Gal"

send me player.log and all the save files save1, save2, save3, save4 if they exists to arthur.vyater@gmail.com

after that you can try to delete save files and see that fixes the problem

What happens when you try to    Start -> Load File? Do you see any of saved files there?

It will make speedruns look a little more like casual runs without making them slower 

Unity, although I wouldn't say that it has a great support for this kind of artstyle.

I might add mini-map at some point at that will probably be the last big thing I update before calling the demo all together to focus only on the final game

Thank you. Just tried it on Ubuntu, looks like one wrong way slash is the problem. You'll have to wait a day or so until I patch it unless you want a hack solution

prolly windows glitched out leaving key readings at whatever state they were in. just press Q again or alt-tab in and out of the game

He's already nerfed. 
Here are your difficulty options:
Hard :
  - git gud
Medium :
  - explore world, find money/sword, buy health container
Easy
  - give up

I would recommend leaving auto-aim on.

Yup, and if you hava a gamepad that doesn't seem to respond - you can set it up in the settings
