Попробуйте удалить файл настроек settings.erx, и перезапустить редактор.

Эта проблема почти у всех старых игр (DX7 и старше) Могу порекомендовать запускать игру в оконном режиме, и в случае, если игра зависнет, то диспетчер задач не будет блокироваться/перекрываться эксклюзивным видеорежимом (полным экраном).

Может попадают в спам?

Нет возможности прервать игру, как выйти из игры?

Надо ограничить количество выстрелов, танки не стреляют очередью, да и было бы полезно для геймплея, тогда игроки станут беречь патроны, прицеливаться и тщательней выбирать тактику.
