Why can't i download the newest version? I can only download V0.4

The 1.7.5 version doesn't start up with my vr. It works with the previous versions. I'm using steamVR with Vive headset
I can't get past the friend relationship with the the random npc girls. I've maxed out relationship and happiness. But for some reason whenever I try to kiss them on the date, it fails. Am I missing something???
game crashes right after starting up. and i get error "license not found"
