Can`t download in the first place, it wont let me, doesnt even give me the option to do it on my own risk... in my downlaod list it says (translated to english) "Couldn't be downlaoded -  Virus detected"

Hello, I have bought this game here, but when I try to downlaod it my system is telling me "vitus detected" and then stops the download.
