I did it and still i have no 18+ options, maybe i do wrong responses? damn please help, i installed free dlc version and still no content, i looked up and streamer mode is disabled so please help i used your outdated video to do it and it still don't work

Why i don't have any 18+ scens? i know about dlc, but from i know there should be 18+ content in base game right? i mean i tried every respond to get 18+ scene, i remeber year ago it was easilu avaible, it's dissapointing, if someone know how to get those scenes in base game please respond and tell me what i should do, and also what if i don't have paypal and i want dlc? please Cutesai help!
