please help I dont know if im missing something but I can't seem to run amorous, I have a MacBook Pro m4 and I feel like im missing something because there is a macOS download

I absolutely love this game and I am in love with sissel😍. I saw this game is available for Android, is there any way to have this available for iPhones?
