Thanks for the reading and the feedback. I went back and forth on the pipe thing, and I decided to leave it out because I couldn’t come up with something cool to justify it. Funny enough, when I read your comment I instantly got an idea that would have worked perfectly, so I’m probably adding that in the final version of this module. It needs at least one more iteration to make it more GM-friendly.

Time and space definitely worked against me. I went too big with the scope of the whole thing. The next version will benefit from having more pages to allow for a better layout and provide more ready-to-implement stuff for GMs.

Thanks for reading and for the feedback. The layout is definitely something I should improve. I kinda bit off a bit more than I could chew trying to fit it all my ideas into 16 A5 pages. Next version I’ll definitely aim to make it more GM-accessible.

I really like the tones and vibes from this one. I like how you kept everything tight to your vision.

This guy just nailed the assignment in the most beautiful way. The aesthetics of NES booklets is... CHEF KISS!

As I've said before, this one was an insta I want to run this. So it doesn't get better than that.

That should do mate. It would have been a shame you wouldn't participate just for that silly detail.
I see if I can finish mine today. It won't look as pretty as the others but I still want to submit what I been working on.
I edited the comment just to add that IMHO the Jam cover works perfect as the back cover.

Mate the module looks great but I think you are missing one requisite:
Your submission must include a short paragraph in the introduction or errata stating:

  • Which three NES games you were assigned
  • How those influences show up in your final product

I think you may plug it in the second page though you'll need to cut the whole explanation you provide here.

It would be a shame you don't qualify for participating just because of this silly mistake.

You nailed the NES manual aesthetics. Great sub for the Jam!

Another awesome sub for the jam. Congrats!

Oh, this one is really good. I'm working on my own submission and your design skills are far better than mine, jaja. I actually really want to GM this after reading it. Great job mate.

Excellent. I hope I get a chance to GM it. I love the Fallout Universe but never had any TTRPG that really excited me. This is great.
Thx for the hard work!

Well my experience was problematic to say the least. I had to walk through walls most of the time. It seemed the graphic loaded incorrectly or sth like that. I finally got stuck in a infinite forward path to nowhere. The mechanics are cool but needs debugging and a save/load is necessary. The map was not intuitive at all, but it seems the game was working terribly bad on my end. So maybe the map works fine.
I think you have sth good here. Still too raw for my taste. Keep working. Cheers.
