In the English version the main menu and some of the very initial dialogue before the game started, was still in Spanish.

Hey, the English version seems to still be Spanish.  Gave it a whirl with what little I know though and seems interesting.  

How do you even get any gold when they run away before you can beat them? That's the problem I have is enemies fleeing before I can beat them.  

The screen is black, but if I hit tab again it goes back to the game (even while black).  Since it occurred in the sewers, I was able to walk around till combat started.  

I also had that error. I managed to get out by getting engaged in combat.

Try accessing the game from your library rather than the game's page.  Itch is weird like that.  

Where does one acquire the viper venom.  I killed a bunch of snakes in the maze, but only got scales and fangs.  Is it just a low drop rate, or is there a particular type of snake that gives them?

Any plans for a windows version?

Where is Riverflow?  I was given this quest and I can't find Edwin to talk to.
