I see a lot of screenshots not available in the free version. How do you get that?

How do you find male models? I can't make one to save my life lol

Anyone having problems with being unable to do anything but press q to add more? Can't activate anything or move the camera angle. 

A male addition would be nice! 

Not really enjoying it as much as 7.1, the sounds aren't great, the sound of water is grating when you're wearing a headset. Lack of headflush and the controls are far inferior.
