Just starting to play.  Quick comment - in the prologue, it should be "razed to the ground", not raised.

The choices and branching paths are done very cleverly.  All of the dialog is well written and fun.  The imagery works well with the story.  Great stuff.  You left me wanting more, which is what a good story should do. 

This mod works for me without the Debug Mod installed.  So, I guess you're talking about mod order and not mod dependencies.
