This music still goes so hard! Congrats on 40k!

I enjoyed this game a lot, and since the game is so early in development, I would like to both bring attention to the bugs I found, as well as briefly give my thoughts on the game. Also, please know that the bugs by no means detracted from the experience.

I loved the atmosphere of the game, the difficulty was very reasonable, and the relic mechanic was very unique and interesting! Anywho, the relics are by far the most unique part of the game, and it seems like there will be quite a few relics in the full release. For this reason, I think in my personal experience that leaning into making that mechanic would make the game the most unique experience possible. For example, I saw that each of the two available relics helped with some monsters more than others. Maybe it might be a good idea to make the camera relic a little less useful, and allow the player to pick half of the available relics? That way, when there's 8 monsters roaming about, the player could have some input on what they want to make easier. This is just my first thought, since it was my favorite mechanic.

Onto bugs, I had noticed that the link in-game to the steam page wasn't working for me. Also I had noticed that on my screen, the text on the pages actually went above the top of the page, and was rather difficult to read. My resolution is rather uncommon (2880x1800), but I just wanted to inform you of that regardless.

Once more, great game! I wish you all the best of luck with this project!

Seeing Captain Reid mourning Ronald McDonald was not on my bingo card, but I'm here for it. Great game, and I can't wait to see part 2!

Also I'd like to start a petition for more Captain Reid in the sequel.

Okay, so I managed to get all 4 endings, and I dislike advertising my videos in itch.io comment sections, but I hope the video serves as a guide to anyone interested in finding all the endings. One little hint for those that only want a small nudge in the right direction though: You can interact with some things in the environment that do not have circles on them. There are a total of 5 things to find, and the first of which has to do with the two botany rooms. Good luck.

Of course! I've played a few of your other games like Banish, and I also happen to enjoy the creative field, so I have the privilege to understand that everything present within the game had to be intentionally added in.

This was probably my favorite indie game I've played in a while now, because I could just tell that a lot of passion went into it. Btw that sheriff was such an awesome character, lol. That pediatrician line really got me.

Thank you for the game!

Respectfully, this comment, as well as the others you have posted in the past just seem to be overly negative. While I don't care enough about that to respond, I *would* like to highlight a lot of the details that I loved in the game to show the love that went into this project which was, mind you, entirely free at the developer's discretion.

Most of the actual sites that you could take the time to explore had tons of quirky little details, like ronald mcdonald sitting on a toilet for some reason, and the movie store with tons of absolutely classic horror movies. Not to mention the developer giving a subtle nod to the dev's other games through the arcade machines. More than anything though, could we take a step back and recognize how great the soundtrack in this game was? I just feel spoiled by the fact that the developer not only voiced one of the characters AND designed that banger soundtrack.

One last point I'd like to commend the dev for was the fact that there were a few times with red herrings, where I, for example, genuinely thought the dino was going into the bathroom because I was messing with stuff too much. All of this is to basically say that this game was awesome for the people that like this genre. The little easter eggs everywhere was easily my favorite part though, that stuff had so much charm!
