1st: You will need to install Git and Github Desktop
. If you are on Linux use this one
2nd: On Github Desktop sign in with your account
3rd: Clone or create a repo
4th: Edit some things in the repo
5th: Go to Github Desktop review your changes put a message, commit and then push
