Naela's transformation are event-base and can be seen during scenes. A new one is most likely coming in the next updat
There's a setting called Detail View Distance (Grass), just put it to 0 :
"Male Dragon cock seems to be the wrong sprite when max size."
oh I just realized what you meant, it's the right one, it's because its a grower. The only one I did like this for now but probably more are coming
