Probably one of my favorite games from the jam so far. I was a really big fan of the general presentation, having a separate track for the boss was really nice. It feels really good to play and I didn't run into any bugs or jankyness it was very polished. Everyone has already said it but I did find the boss to be a tad frustrating for a first boss tho lol, toning it down a little would be really nice if you plan to continue working on this.

Beyond that this was an outstanding short and sweet experience. Also I'm very fond of the bunny protag, the ears bobbing in the walk animation is super cute.

Thanks! Yeah I'll definitely be lightening up the backgrounds a bit and making the transitions to new rooms more noticeable in future builds, had a few people have trouble with it haha. Rain world was actually a pretty big inspiration for the environments and the ambiance from our musician. Thanks for the feedback and glad you liked the cat! lol

This game rules!! I really dig the art style and one screen concept, it sorta reminded me of Noita. It was really fun to make jumps by parrying bullets off the ground.  The music and sounds also give a really cool ominous feel, especially when you light a candle. Some of the mechanics took me a short bit to figure out and I feel like Lunacy was maybe a tad underutilized but I managed to beat the game regardless, super cool!

That's odd, if you'd like to give another go we added a download for the game as well. Could resolve the issue.

Thanks! Super valid critique. We actually updated the game to work for gamepad! It was an unfortunate oversight lol. In the future we'll definitely try to make exits and backgrounds more distinguishable from the collidable ground. Glad to see you enjoyed what you played.

Thanks for the feedback! We weren't able to replicate the issue with jumping left and toggling the lens, were you using WASD, arrows or a controller?
