Same question, please help

Hello, I'm really enjoy your work, while I'm playing the game, I've found out that I could not save my game despite I have check in the Diary like other have said, it seem the Save button doesn't respond with neither any pop up windows nor anything similar. Please help, Thanks

Oh, I thought the quest are the requirements for the basement ghost, Is there any guide or any playthrough for the game? 

I'm stuck a the puzzle quest, I seems to finished it but the quest still saying that I have not yet finish it
