I think there's an 80% chance she appears. Maybe you just got really unlucky. But you can always just go to the yard (don't know what room it is exactly) and click on her icon on the top left. You can probably complete the quest, then.
Sadly, I don't think it's possible yet. Maybe the Dev will soon add mire Sex-Scenes, who knows...
