Will it be possible to update the game version without losing the current game?

Hi everyone, first I'd like to say this game is awesome, thank you for your hard work!!!

I'm pretty new in this game, so I have two questions:

1- In the lustcast how can A2M and Gaping be performed? Im basically put the sissy to masturbate, and then opening the stream
