Sorry, had a rough case where we had to update fast bc servers were swapping over, the version you had was built for dx12 by accident and crashed for a lot of people. Current update fixes that but has an issue with the chat performance we're finishing testing a fix for now. Next patch should be up in 1-2 days and should resolve the rest of the issues.

This might be an issue related to the effects, we have an issue causes crashes but it should be fixed in the coming days 👍

Make sure your multiplayer settings look like the picture below. You also want to make sure that AoTTG2 is allowed to connect online, you may have denied it access on accident.

check that your antivirus is not removing any game files. Next, your profile settings may be corrupted - you can reset them by deleting the Documents/Aottg2 folder and restarting the game. This can also be caused by OneDrive not allowing access to your Documents folder - you should exclude the OneDrive/Documents/Aottg2 folder from onedrive, or disable onedrive sync.

If you're playing on Linux, then it's a bug we're still trying to fix. The solution a lot of Linux players have used so far has been playing the Windows build through Proton.

Right now, you have to use 3rd party controller software. Maybe one day we can add proper controller support!

This is already in the game, in the UI tab under Settings click the "Crosshair Arrows" box.
