Interesting take! The best part for me was breaking phases to make things sync up. I would have liked some more challenging puzzles though!

Straightforward gameplay! I liked the fact that after a few seconds you know how to play the game, with the text embedded in the background while you play. I beat it after something like 10-15 tries. It was a bit frustrating to die and having to restart the whole thing from the beginning. But overall I quite enjoyed it!

We figured that having no artist in the team and not much time left, a clean vector look was clearly the easiest path and it fit the gameplay quite well :)
Yep I wanted to include some kind of symbol on the output gears to make its use more clear. At the moment you just have to guess and try things to figure out what does what.
Maybe we’ll do a postjam version someday!

We wanted to create more levels but ran out of time… but yes the idea (after many iterations) was to have multiple “output” gears and have some limits of where you could place the gears, have some more constraints that would require the player to actually have to think about the problem :)

On aurait aimé mettre un tuto ou une présentation du but du jeu, mais par manque de temps on l'a juste mis sur la page de la soumission ludum dare (tu peux y aller via le lien en haut de la page, je vais la copier ici probablement).
En fait les symboles apparaissent progressivement (pour donner des indices de formes à tenter), et si tu dessines un symbole qui ressemble beaucoup (en théorie) à un modèle, alors ça le débloque directement dans la liste
Il y a des chances qu'on fasse une version post-jam pour mieux équilibrer le jeu et améliorer la détection !
