Ok, I got guild members love. Still having trouble with feast of the dead

2 things. I can't figure out how to start feast of the dead. 2, how do I get "guild members love" scene. It's the only one I haven't unlocked

PC. I've used renpy before, even tried to fix the error, but I couldn't find which file was supposed to have "start"

Just found this game, got everything downloaded, but now im getting this error when i try to start
