ive seen the same question posted in the discord, it exists but it seems unclear why it shows up
click the screen or any button and then the middle left button is the care menu. click the thumbs up or thumbs down to discipline. Go back to the previous screen and click the top right button. Click bathe. This will fix the things around it.
