Do every kind of interaction with her in any time of the day and do any dialogue. I have missed some parts where I needed to progress with her thinking I was at a dead end but u just have to carefully go through all of it.

There is one I know of where you don't choose but you will a relationship of that sort with dozens of girls for certain and is not an option, it's called hero's party must fall.

I'm not Nitrolith but I'm certain it does. I keep some saves about the choices but not all of them do. I'm not sure but some of the choices does affect the storyline since it could block off certain routes while others only effect the relationship you have with the characters like those + and - points. I still haven't completed the game but that's all I know right now to try to answer your question.

If you can't progress any characters do night training. It's what I do when I can no longer progress with any other characters.

No man, I'm so far in the story and it has a really great plot ngl. It's just that there will come a point where progressing Cecille will be the trigger to progress the story.
