did you do exactly as stated? the tutorial is made to be completed. Unfortunately this game does not lock away the stuff you are not supposed to do in tutorials. also i am pretty sure the things our owl says are just based on presence of card? idk abut this one.

You are focusing on the wrong thing. always keep a eye on the emissions. Most measures i took as basically unemployment reducers were actually Emissions reducers. Hell, i did not even have the power grid you have, i had like only 3 connections. One only state got close to full green. most were only half green. expect 3 or 4 and two of the 4 were not even quarter green

btw congratulations, you made me write a code for solving the sewing puzzle. this is the first time i solved it. i mean in theory it has too many possibilities. just 5 spaces have 36^5 =60466176 possible combinations. but it works out in the end. i calculated only for 8 spaces so that may be a factor lol. but i was actually surprised by the speed of it. it was essentially instantaneous. will code more solutions in the future.

not able to see bullets was the biggest problem imo

please give a little description of all the modifiers on weapons (for eg. I still have no idea what "painful" or "cursed" are supposed to mean)
