Hi, first off, I love the game but I have some problems. Before buying the game I downloaded "Will it work on my pc" and it did so I brought it. 
Yesterday everything worked fine but since playing it today, when I move my mouse up and down the screen there is a black box. 
Also, the game keeps crashing. 

I have checked my updates and nothing needs updating. Please help! I really want to play this game.

I have read about that. What you need to do is  minimize the screen and call any number to see if it'll work
