just did what i'm pretty sure was the mercy ending! 126/186 progress. terrifying, emotional experience. i really want to check out the other two routes when i get the chance and 100% this thing. loved herb's side quests. i'm really bad at directions, so the apartment layout drove me crazy. i felt so vindicated when herb commented on the building design, haha. the relationship between austin and riley reminded me of the relationship between jimmy and curly in mouthwashing, if you've heard of that-- and that was a great depiction of an emotionally abusive relationship too :) and funnily enough, one of the motifs of mouthwashing is "take care of it"

having problems. once i get to incubator i can't progress. the number of centimeters keeps slowly going up but i can't get past the first bar. 219 centimeters is 2.19 meters, right?? i'm not getting the math wrong? ;-;
