I think a problem with the Addictive gameplay is the sleeping mechanic, forcing people to check back in frequently. I think of you made it so that if Pokémon Passively wake back up, that would save a lot of headache [of course, still allowing player to make the wakeup immediate]

Normally I don't enjoy Idle Games or Tycoons, but seeing by the fact that I keep going 'I'll let this sit for an hour' only to sweep by and collect all the money not even five minutes later when I am supposed to he working is a Clear sign that the Dev is doing something right.
The Online Systems are pretty cool, with the Trading and the Battle Gambling, although Itch.io says this game have been published for 48 hours, how are some elite aaaah Gooners in the HUNDRED MILLIONS of Money!? I've only got 1.4K CoinPM in the 24 hours I've played. Also, Normally my luck with Gambling Sucks, but I have a Raiko now so I won't complain.
Anyway, surprisingly has my attention as a hostage, can't wait to see what the completed art dex looks like. Maybe we'll even get Male Artworks, to reflect that some of these mons are male for breeding purposes lol
Stop trying to trade your unwanted Pokémon for Diamonds unless they're legitimately worth it. Gold to Diamond conversion rates is like MILLIONS! If I see another [Un]Common going for Diamonds I will turn you into a meme where you are the Soyjack, and I am the Chad, who sells his Pokémon for Gold to fast track purchases.
