Thank you for reply. I just decided to do a translation for a couple of friends, because there are more and more mechanics in the game and it's hard to understand them without translation, but one VK public called Voices of the Void Экстремальный Рашн Фандом,  seems to be making its own launcher for the game, and I contacted with them about the possibility of adding my translation there, so I decided ask for permission for such activities. Thank you for such a good game!

Hi, can someone tell me, please, is it legal to create (or rather, update) the Russian translation of the game and its  free distribution?  (Russian translation hasn't been updated for several versions)
This is usually allowed, but I've heard a few stories that authors of some games forbade it.
