I thought you were using Poser for the static rendering. I heard Poser is better than Blender for posing your models for statics images, never tried though. Did you ever try it?
I just finished After the Inferno and I must say it is a masterpiece!! Hope you consider to make a 2nd chapter!!
Do you make all the 3D models, rigging and animation by yourself?
