Does the game end after the dinner or will it have more than one day?

Did they change one of the background arcs? I could have sworn that instead of the exiled it was something about being a criminal and the underground organization and friend that MC trusted betrayed them. It gave them street smarts, helped them be sneaky, and other stuff. I really enjoyed that one.
