When u trigger the event that asks where to go ? (alley/main street)
Keep spamming go to alley.
I suggest doing a quick save when u trigger the event.
Then quick load to try again when u failed.
It takes 40 attempts for me. Very low rng

Then go find Annie again
She will turn u into a succubus
