minor ending spoilers:
I really enjoyed the game, but I felt the first ending could have used more content. it makes it clear that the second ending is canon cause the first one just feels a jarring end, even though i imagine most players see it first.
if you ever decide to add more to the game, maybe a brief epilogue or something from lee's perspective in his last moments would make it feel more substantial.
