I was trying to locate the Explore Crater action in Santorini, but I couldn't seem to find it. It's the only one I'm missing.

Is there a Power Coupler that I'm missing, or is the Cell Charger a bit of a trap right now if I'm going for the VTOL? I figured, after going through both Strabo and Pneuma, that I'd have everything I needed, but the Cell Charger ate the last Power Coupler that I needed to repair it.
If not, a way to disassemble the Charger would be nice.
I was able to figure it out eventually, but it's really unclear from the actions section that there's an alternate route up to the glaciers. I had to open up the "Close Dam and Cross towards Laurion" combined action, travel to the dam (making sure I remained on the Santorini side), and *then* select Depart Towards Glacier, with no real indication that it was a separate route aside from me figuring it out from the map and some clues at the elevator complex.
When I reloaded the Steam version for the April updates (yeah, I'm just catching up), I noticed that I can't unblock the tram from Santorini anymore, despite having gotten the codes on a previous run. I proceeded to return to Astrape to see if there was anything new in that regard, but I couldn't find anything:
In other pbta systems, gaining +1 to a single attribute is 5 Experiences. +3 in a stat is generally considered the reasonable maximum one can go. You can also buy Moves and other benefits this way.
What you've done instead make experience into a single roll with massive benefits for success. This is a nightmare scenario.
What I might suggest instead is that training applies to specific threats or goals. PbtA is a narrative system - training should either be background justification to spending Experience or, if it's a Move, it should have a direct narrative purpose.
