These enemy designs are CRAZY cool. Loved the art in general. The qte minigame was a nice touch for this kind of combat. I had a little trouble selecting and using cards sometimes but that was just a minor annoyance overall. Great atmosphere and great game!

Really enjoyed the expanding skill tree. Game feels very polished, and I love the art! No notes, just a good game!

Thank you for playing!! As for the lighting question, no. I've surprisingly had no issues so far that I've noticed. But this was my first time using WebGL and making a Unity game HTML compatible. So maybe just lucky lol

Love me a good Match 3 game. Very satisfying sound effects, especially when start getting some chains in. I like all the different effect the different bombs do. The style reminded me of manhwa which I also really appreciated! Awesome game you guys

This game was ragebaiting me, but I had so much fun playing it haha Not sure if it was just me but some of the UI elements were a bit off on the menu and upgrade screens. Very fun take on the platformer genre!

It was a little hard to see enemy attacks so I didn't know why I was losing health for a while haha. I like that you get lots of choices leveling up, so even though it takes kind of a long time, level up feels meaningful, and each new day doesn't just feel like the same as before as you grow in power

One of those games that asks for patience and doesn't hold your hand. Putting the pieces together both physically and narratively was very fun and an interesting gaming experience. Hands down the most unique game I've played in the jam so far. Thank you for making and sharing this!

When the setup is first shown I immediately thought "this is gonna be impossible wtf??" But then I noticed there were more than 2 of tiles, and some were special effects. Which was a really cool twist to the classic game. I still haven't won yet, still hard as hell for me haha but it feels beatable now. Fun game!

Oooo this was interesting. You piled on the mechanics in ways that kept you on your toes. My strategy of tapping the table quickly did not work one you had to start swatting paws away. This is how you make a simple idea into a fun game. My brain feels warmed up now haha

Challenging game in the beginning, but I liked trying to figure out a good starting strategy. The looter is BRUTAL. I very much enjoyed the art and I think you captured the theme very well here!

Oooo I love Binding of Isaac and this reminded me of it so much! I wish our little candle had a little more speed, felt difficult to dodge enemies. But I enjoyed this game very much, it was very cute and fun!

Couldn't stop playing until I got to the very end. Very addictive. The music, especially the menu music, is freaking awesome, gameplay was very fun and everything felt super polished. Couldn't even think of any improvements, even the upgrade costs felt balanced. Gret job you guys!

Loved the vibe and there is a very strong foundation for a serious game to be built up if you decide to keep working on it after the jam! The music was really fun. I thought my build was op but level 19 took me out haha. Great game!

I love the effort and lore put into even the games description haha. The game itself is very fun, took me a little too long to realize I can be hitting the Floofs together like pool, I think I thought they would always merge if they hit each other. Pulling off a bif play in games like this always feels good, and the little cat cheer was adorable. Very well polished!

Absolutely adorable artwork. When the very first guest faded in I audibly went "Aw" and I'm a grown man hahaha. Was then met with surprisingly difficult gameplay as I wasted 80 percent of my popcorn. Doesn't seem to be any scoring or way to tell how happy people were with the popcorn, but still very fun!

How in the hell did you make typing fun? I'm not a great typer but this game unlocked something in me lmao. The parry mechanic is a very cool fun way to reward faster typing. The whole game felt very polished and the theme came together beautifully

The cleaning minigame was lowkey really fun actually. I know you had to rush this out in a few hours, but I already really like how that felt!

That last level had me going for a second! Very cute visuals, loved the vibe of the game!

Whooo beat it! Really great concept. Ngl at first I thought about quitting because it was so, so slow. But I really liked the early door you make clearly visible that you can't reach in the beginning of the game. Made me think I'd have a way to speed up before you even introduce the speed pills. Very much enjoyed it!

I really like the use of countdowns in this. Really interesting array of tools you give the player, and the countdown chain of events is really satisfying. Also appreciate the speed up or speed down options, makes retrying puzzles less tedious.

I already decided I loved your game when I saw the title. It was confirmed by the hilarious intro. And it was sealed and mailed off when I played the game itself. Super fun and full of personality!

Couldn't figure out how to play, but I loved the vibe nonetheless. Cussing them out was fun

Great game but what really intrigued me was the vague narrative. Maybe I missed something, but why are corpse burners interested in attacking Noeh? Why does his cry activate hunters? Are we carrying an undead baby or something? Idk but it really drew me into a game where I was already enjoying the mechanics and vibe.

Awesome concept. Definitely one of those games you can easily imagine being expanded on, which is a sign of a strong game imo. Very well polished and a fun puzzle! A couple times I'd move people where I thought would be perfect only to discover I made everyone overall a little madder. Loved it!

Loved the theme on this, though I struggled to save the world after trying again and again :( After a while it just kept saying Too Low or Too High and I wasn't sure how much I should be adjusting. But I really liked it and the setup made me really want to keep trying!

Very clever mix of the Jam theme mixed with a timeless classic!

You can use screenwrap??? Just saw that in the comments and it was a game changer haha. Fun game, feels good when you get into a nice flow, helped further by the music and chime sounds

A bit confused on the controls but once I figured them out it was very fun. The general audio design was particularly well done. Also, the first time I died I let out a sad chuckle when I saw a different colored mouse came out haha made the death a little sadder. Great puzzle game!

This was such a rad concept. Balancing how many units will die but still defeat the boss is a really cool mechanic. I sent out a very large group of farmers and the boss survived with barely any health; I was gutted hahaha. Seeing the different types of units you might get was a cool feeling too. Really awesome concept I would be excited to see a fuller version.

All the different options for the game was a really cool detail! Makes it very replayable.

Walls reversing your direction was a cool little mechanic used in some interesting ways. Liked it a lot!

You gotta play the game way more fast paced than I first thought you would need to. Running back and forth like crazy was actually really fun! And yes, the quack is hilarious and cute haha

Being a melting ice cream cone trying to appease a gluttonous fridge so it gives you scrapes of ice so you can live for a few seconds longer... Yeah no notes, cute fun game!

The dash reminded me of Sonic a little. I liked when you consume people past full health, you get a speed boost and kinda feel extra powerful for a moment. I think building on that "Over Health" a bit more could make the game feel really good, and make it feel as your draining lower you are weaker and more desperate to stop the count down. Fun little action platformer!

Best song in the jam for sure. I was a little confused for a while if I was properly putting the feathers in, but other than that I enjoyed the game quite a bit!

I feel so dumb, I thought I was supposed to move the little guys to do the work for me for like... 3 failures hahaha. I really like the gameplay style of searching what to do and I could see a game like this having different levels or more complex tasks. Finally getting the launch felt good!

lol as I was playing, especially after picking the first rewards, I was thinking how it felt like Binding of Isaac, then I saw it was an inspiration! I liked the movement a lot, my early impression was that it was too floaty but in actual combat it feels good. Meltdowns were fun chaos and I like you still have a chance to win during them!

AWESOME GAME! Really liked how you introduce the mechanics as it goes. The aesthetic is already the kind of thing I really enjoy personally but you also executed it very very well. Fun enemy types, interesting upgrade options. I could go on and on, but this is probably my fav game of the jam so far.

(1 edit)

I was a little confused at first but this is actually a really clever game. Wish it was easier to pull off a really big combo but when it does happen its awesome. Great job and I think this game has a lot of room to grow into something really awesome, with different block types, modifiers, ext

The narrative and gameplay really go hand in hand. I thought the game was a little too easy then I get hit with drought right before the tax man was arriving. Felt like a genuine poor farmer as I watched him take most of our stockpile and I didn't have enough left to replant and still feed my family. Crazy you could evoke such feelings in a game made so quickly!
