i can answer that second question real quick. in the 1.3 rulebook, it says "you manifest the chosen sin mark permanently instead of rolling for it." because it says "instead," you are only gaining that one sin mark, NOT two. happy hunting!

What font was used in the 'printed' parts (the categories like "NAME" and "XID")? I thought it was Courier but the capital "E" is different.
