They can't just add that to Godot. If your computer is that old, then you would have run into other issues in the first place.
I've noticed this with charge shots just going straight though enemies once in awhile as well. It's a known issue at least.
Nah it's a every version bug. Happens only on Veteran difficulty.

Older GPUs and computers running on certain Intel iGPUs will have problems with the text at this time.
