how licensing model works on these assets, can i use them on my studio platform for users to build games on my platform and export the end game (not inidiviual assets) but the end generated game?

question on license model. can this asset pack be used in my studio platform that let user build games and download them and publish/sell their game or whatever they want to do etc? whats the license model is CC0 or 4.0 or something else please clarify thanks
