so I've been playing for a bit and I've been looking on how to start the Xray quest with Reina and no dice so far. I've tried things in the game, looked through the reddit and well just poked around in general but still found nothing

Is there a trigger or something I'm missing or am I just being dum?

I just got all the achievements and Matsumoto is still locked, is there a work around to this or will this bug just be fixed next update?

when will the new version be publicly available?

this game has gotten two new versions only for Patreons, when will we get 0.3?
